30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items free of charge within 30 days of original purchase. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Shipping must be USPS Priority Mail with tracking number.
To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition in original packaging.
We will contact you once we have processed your return to let you know the status of your claim.

Please note that Long Bay Apparel is not responsible for products lost or damaged while in transit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Orders will be processed for shipment within 1 – 2 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays. Items normally ship via USPS First Class Mail. Actual transit times are 2 to 5 business days from shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Long Bay Apparel currently does offer overseas shipping at this time. Orders requiring international shipping and overseas shipping must be place via customer service as shipping cost varies. We do not ship to freight forwarders. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service through email@example.com immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
